🚙 Here’s a helpful tip regarding vehicle titles

📞 I often receive calls from the purchaser asking me to notarize documents for a property transfer.

🖊️ In most cases, the signature that needs to be notarized is actually the seller’s. The purpose of notarization is to verify the identity of the person signing and to help ensure they are signing willingly. Some states do require both the buyer’s and seller’s signatures to be notarized, but that depends on the state’s laws and the specific documents involved.

💡 The good news? If the seller isn’t nearby, I can often still help! If you can provide the seller’s contact information, I can work directly with them to complete a Remote Online Notarization (RON) session, as long as the transaction and applicable laws allow.
