This Saturday our young builders put their engineering skills to the test with an Egg Drop challenge!

We designed and built as we explored forces and gravity. Every drop was a chance to problem solve and learn through hands on experimentation.

This was just the beginning next we during energy camp we all explore all things that move.

This Saturday, our Young Builders discovered how big ideas start with the right measurements.

Students explored scale and proportion, learned how modular homes are designed, and then stepped outside the workshop for a real-world look at a modular home right here in the Old North neighborhood. Connecting classroom concepts to the world around us helps students see how design, engineering, and problem solving shape the communities we live in.

Our FREE Saturday Workshops happen year round, giving young people hands-on opportunities to build skills, confidence, and creativity through STEAM and the trades.
