Two amazing days at State FFA Convention in Madison with two more to go. Here are some highlights so far!
*Grace Schmidt went through the interview process as a State FFA Officer Candidate and finds out Wednesday if she made the Delegate round.
*26 of our FFA members helped pack meals as part of Conventions Day of Service.
*Stanley-Boyd's own Taniele Ducommun who is serving as a State Officer has done an amazing job with the Reflections Program and the first 3 Sessions.
*Grace Schmidt was recognized as a 3 Star Leader.
*Grace Schmidt competed in the Prepared Public Speaking Contest.
*Sydney Yates is serving on the Public Relations Team helping to promote FFA Convention.
*Beau Ducommun received his first FFA Jacket as part of the Give the Gift of Blue.
*Grace Schmidt was announced as the State winner for her Agricultural Communications Proficiency.
*Allison Patten, Emily Brenner, Chloe Isenberger, Emily Kletsch, and Morgan Gundlach of the State FFA Honors Choir had their first performance.
*The State winning Nursery Landscape Team was recognized on stage. Team members include Olivia Bourget, Sydney Yates, Melanie Stuttgen, and Lucy Wundrow.
*The State winning Forestry Team was recognized on stage. Team members include Heidi Keeku, Jaylin Ducommun, Ryan Bowe, and Jameson Gindt.
*The State winning Farm Business Management Team was recognized on stage. Team members include: Grace Schmidt, Kira Lato, Derrick Lato, and Dayne Trunkel.
