Happy Juneteenth everyone! Today we are happy to commemorate the emancipation of enslaved African Americans, specifically marking the day in 1865 when Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to announce that the last enslaved people in the state were free.

Hello Everyone! Friendly reminder that we'll be taking donations through 5 PM today for our wonderful firefighters!

Join us in supporting our firefighters who have protected us from the recent fires. We're accepting donations like bottled water and beef stickers that are individually wrapped to gave to our firefighters to keep them fueled as they work. Donations can be delivered to the Haskell County Health Department Mon-Fri from 8 AM-5 PM.
