A Paradise for Parents

A Paradise for Parents We have four assisted living homes. We work with our residents, their families and their doctors to raise fitness levels and increase functional mobility.
(1)

Our residents enjoy a personal trainer, a nutritionist, activities, events, and a beautiful home. When thinking about assisted living, it’s important to know your loved one will be in a safe environment full of people who care. Good cooking would help some too:). As would a location that’s close to your home. We have four assisted living homes – three in Surprise, AZ and one in Goodyear, AZ. Each

location is an actual home in a residential neighborhood that is licensed for 10 residents. You’ll never feel like your loved one will become lost in a large facility. These homes will make residents feel like they are part of a small family. Residents eat meals around a dining room table, and participate in activities together just as your family may have done in bygone days (or still does). Our caregivers are licensed, background-checked and experienced. Some of the caregivers have been working at our homes over 11 years and have been caregivers over 18 years. They all love what they do, and many times stay in touch with our families long after they move out of our homes. There are at least two caregivers in the home during the day, and one at night. Some of our residents have really taken the health activities to heart. We’ve had residents improve to the point where they can go back home to be with their families. We’ve had others see dramatic improvements in their health. We are trying to find what is best for our residents – not what is best for our pocketbook. Please stop by anytime during daylight hours. Although we are a 24/7 operation, we want to respect our residents time at night without a lot of visitors they have not become friends with yet. Our family would love to sit around the family table with your family, enjoy some good cooking, and become closer. To learn more, please visit our website (http://www.aparadiseforparents.com), send us an email at [email protected] or just call us at 623-295-9890. We’re excited to meet you and your family!

The Alzheimer's Association categorizes Alzheimer's into 3 stages:

1) Mild (Early Stage)
2) Moderate (Middle Stage)
3) Severe (Late Stage)

Depending on where your loved one sits, their support & daily care needs vary.

In this carousel, I've walked you through what each stage is and the typical signs you'll see at home for each.
