One of our favorite parts of the GLOW community is watching alumnae return to pour into the women coming alongside and after them. ✨

We’re excited for our upcoming Yoga as Rest & Resistance virtual experience, led by 2026 GLOW alumna Kare Coley.

On August 15th, our alumnae community will come together for an intentional space centered on rest, restoration, and reconnecting with ourselves.

Because leadership is not only about how we show up for others. It is also about creating space to care for ourselves along the way.

Each year, Global Giveback Day marks the culmination of our GLOW Global Cohort, when girls around the world unite in service to amplify social change and demonstrate the power of young women in leadership. 🌍

2026 Cohort Member, Elizabeth Owiredu-Owusu partnered with 2022 GLOW alumna Cynthia Anaba, founder of uThryve, to lead a career awareness outreach at O’Reille Senior High School.

Together, they connected more than 50 students with scholarships, university pathways, career development resources, mentorship opportunities, and tools to continue exploring what is possible for their futures.

This past weekend, the 2026 GLOW Global Cohort gathered for our final GLOW session: GLOW Forward: Relationships, Opportunities, and Impact ✨

GLOW alumnae shared about their GLOW journeys, how they have leveraged the relationships, skills, and opportunities gained through the program, and offered insight into the many paths leadership can take beyond the cohort experience. Cohort members left with insight on how to continue building relationships, opportunities, and growth within the GLOW Global network long after the program ends🌍

This Saturday, we are excited to close out the 2026 GLOW Global Cohort with Session Five: GLOW Forward: Relationships, Opportunities, and Impact ✨

During this special closing session, our GLOW alumnae + Coaching Fellows will join us for a powerful fireside conversation moderated by WEN Founder, Carlisha Bradley. Together, they will reflect on their GLOW journeys, share how they have leveraged the relationships, skills, and opportunities gained through the program, and offer insight into the many paths leadership can take beyond the cohort experience.

Through intentional reflection and connection, cohort members will explore how to continue building meaningful relationships, creating opportunities, and growing within the GLOW Global network long after the program ends. 🌍

Cohort members explored how lived experiences, authentic storytelling, and courageous leadership can be transformed into meaningful action. Through this dynamic fireside conversation, our cohort members gained practical tools to use their voices to influence change, advocate for their communities, and lead with purpose across sectors and around the world. 🌍
