Please join us in welcoming Hayvn Johnson, a rising senior at Holy Family Cristo Rey High School in Birmingham, Alabama. Originally from Florence, Alabama, Hayvn has spent most of her life there and brings a passion for learning, service, and helping others.

As a participant in the NSEP Program, Hayvn is eager to learn more about individuals experiencing memory loss. Through this opportunity, she hopes to gain meaningful hands-on experience by engaging with them socially, assisting with activities, and developing a deeper understanding of their needs and experiences.

Following graduation, Hayvn plans to continue her education at either the University of North Alabama or The University of Alabama. Her goal is to become a NICU nurse and potentially earn a doctorate in nursing. In addition to her healthcare aspirations, Hayvn hopes to write a book that will inspire hope and encouragement teenagers and young adults during challenging times.

Hayvn is excited and grateful for this amazing opportunity to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. We are thrilled to have her as part of Caring Days and look forward to seeing all that she accomplishes.

What a great day!!! A huge thank you to all of the motorcycle riders who traveled down “Memory Lane” this past Saturday and helped make the event such a success! We were blessed to have so many volunteers from our community, supporting churches, Caring Days staff, and Executive Board members helping with everything from registration tables to food preparation. Special thanks to Mark’s Mart for the delicious food that everyone enjoyed. A big shout-out to R&R Ci**rs for providing complimentary ci**rs for our participants, it was a wonderful addition to the day! And the event T-shirts from Campus Collection were absolutely amazing and incredibly comfortable! Last but certainly not least, thank you to Barry Sloan. This tough guy has been through a lot, yet he still made it possible. I truly appreciate all of the behind-the-scenes coordination and hard work you put into making this event happen, alongside Michelle Smart, our Board President.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, energy, and support. Together, you helped create a memorable day for a great cause! My forever mentor, Vicki would be happy!!!!
