Sadly this dog did not make it. I hope someone in your department will find who did this. From what I hear the laws for animal cruelty are pretty lax. This little girl was rescued from an abandoned, locked house by the city of Vicksburg AC. No telling how long she's been there. She would have been dead this morning I believe if she hadn't been rescued. She's in very poor shape. Starving, dehydrated, covered in fleas, both eyes infected. I have her at Woodland Animal Clinic for Dr Loper to examine to see what can be done for her. She has hookworms and whip worms. She is very underweight at 12.2 lbs and around 2 years old. That is all the info I have so far.
So Thor was a tragic accident huh. So when you guys tell us to not leave animals/kids in cars that doesn't apply to you. This is happening way too much from law enforcement. If one of us "regular people" did that, we would be up on animal cruelty charges so fast it would make your head swim but when you do it, its a tragic accident. BTW, who is going to pay the tax payers back for Thor?
I am angry over the loss of Thor or any Dog left in a hot car. There are devices that could have set off an alarm which would have saved this Officers life. Not only was this a cruel end for a loyal dedicated officer this was a resource loss for the tax payer. There is no excuse.
Charges needs to be filed against the officer who killed another officer, Thor. This should not be swept under the rug. There should be no double standards for police verses the rest of us. The police work for us and we should have a say in what goes on in regards to their behaviour
Sorry to read about the passing of K9 Thor. Condolences to Officer Heggins and the entire Vicksburg PD staff.
You police officers really need to start checking on your dogs more I think! This is WRONG!
Git Up Challenge! I know you guys can pull it off. Come on and represent us! Show Mobile how it's done!
Congratulations on the swift arrest of the robbery suspect thatโ€™s now wanted for murder. Having a great working relationship with the people is a great thing! Continue the good work ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ
Any updates on the arson investigations from Grove and Jackson St.? The article I read said there was video evidence and there would be an update last week but I've seen nothing since the fires.
This is recent of katherine wilcox. Please post missing persons.
