With the help of some pretty awesome school administrators, athletic directors, counselors, secretaries, nurses, and WVU Medicine, all middle schools and Wheeling Park High School are offering free sports physicals for student athletes and band members.

Families will need to bring a physical form (available at your school or on the WVSSAC website) in order to complete the physical. Physicals held at school unless otherwise noted.

Bridge Street Middle School recently held their clinic 6/10. The remaining dates are as follows:

Triadelphia Middle School: 6/17 at 10 A.M.
Wheeling Middle: 6/20 at 9 A.M. (Benwood Rapid Care)
Warwood Middle School: 7/22 at 10 A.M.
Wheeling Park High School: 7/30 at 9 A.M.

June 14th update:

The effects of last year’s devastating flash flood are still felt. Every single day, our hearts remain with the affected communities.

Hearing the rain come down today, only one year later, has undoubtedly been heavy on many hearts. You all remain in our thoughts.

The devastation of that evening will always remain fresh for so many, but so will the acts of pure human kindness that followed.

To the families affected, particularly those in the Middle Creek, Elm Grove, Bridge Street Middle School, and Wheeling Park High School schools, please know:

We were here for you then.
We are here for you now.
We are not going anywhere.
