🌟 Support Staff Employee of the Year — Irene Barrasa, Purchasing Specialist
With more than 35 years of dedicated service to Tri-Cities ROP, Irene is the definition of dedication and dependability. Often working behind the scenes, she brings exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through to everything she does. She remains calm under pressure, meets important deadlines, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Irene’s professionalism, positive attitude, and commitment to her colleagues make her an invaluable part of our team. We are so grateful for the many years of service and the positive impact she continues to make!

We are proud to recognize Patricia “Pat” McCaw, Foundations of Health Science teacher at El Rancho High School, as our Teacher of the Year! 🎉
Pat has spent her career creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that inspire students to pursue careers in healthcare. Years ago, she helped build our Dental Program from the ground up, creating a learning environment where students could develop the skills and confidence to succeed in the dental field.
Today, as a Foundations of Health Science teacher, Pat continues to make a lasting impact through her nurturing classroom environment, genuine care for students, and ability to encourage them to reach their full potential.
She has also devoted countless hours to HOSA – Future Health Professionals, helping students develop leadership skills, explore healthcare careers, and compete at the state and national levels.
Pat truly represents the very best of Tri-Cities ROP — an educator who leads with passion, serves with dedication, and inspires students every day.
