Under a bright blue sky and perfect fall weather, Cypress Creek joined friends, partners, and community members in Wilson to celebrate a major milestone: the official ribbon cutting for the new Wilson office of Steel River Energy Center.

CEO Kevin Smith welcomed the crowd with compelling words which set the tone for the afternoon.

From there, the ribbon was cut, photos were taken, and delicious treats were enjoyed from throughout the county including Wilson Cafe. The air was filled with conversations about growth, opportunity, and the future work in the Delta.

Thank you to the Wilson Chamber of Commerce and South Mississippi County Chamber for another event showcasing the investment the Steel River Energy Center is making in Wilson and our communities.

Cheers to everyone who came out to celebrate in America's Village.

Volunteers will gather again this year in America’s Village to join the statewide cleanup movement on October 30 at 2pm in the Wilson Square. 💚

Across all 75 counties, Arkansans are coming together to remove litter, restore public spaces, and teach the next generation about environmental stewardship.

Keep Arkansas Beautiful continues to support cleanups, classroom programs, and community partnerships that build a cleaner, greener Arkansas.

We attached images from previous efforts, and we thank every volunteer making a difference — one bag, one smile, one act of care at a time. 💚
