πŸŽ‰ Shoutout to two of our incredible team members who attended the Virginia NENA/APCO Spring Conference last week! πŸŽ™οΈ

πŸ“Œ "Bullying in the 911 Center: The Hidden Emergency That We Can't Ignore" Thank you for shining a light on this critical topic and giving dispatchers the tools and language to speak up.

πŸ“Œ "Boots on the Ground: Lessons Learned Building Virginia's First TERT Team" From the ground up β€” as part of a panel, our team member, shared the real-world experience, challenges, and triumphs of building Virginia's first Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce team. 🚨

Every second counts in an emergency, and our 911 team is always ready. πŸ“žβ€οΈ

Several of our team members completed CPR recertification training to keep their lifesaving skills sharp. From giving CPR instructions over the phone to helping callers stay calm until help arrives, they truly are the first of the first responders.

Thank you for all you do! #911
