Congratulations to the 2025-2026 Equity & Inclusion Leadership Cohort!

This year, more than 70 County leaders graduated from the program after completing a research-based leadership experience focused on equitable decision-making, psychological safety, cultural humility, and reducing bias in the workplace.

The program equips leaders with the tools to foster inclusive dialogue, strengthen collaboration, encourage self-reflection, and create workplaces where every employee can thrive.

The impact continues to grow. To date, more than 550 County leaders have completed the Equity & Inclusion Leadership Cohort, helping build a stronger, more inclusive Prince William County. Participants consistently report increased confidence and a deeper understanding of equitable leadership by the end of the program.

Congratulations to the Class of 2025-2026! Your commitment to inclusive leadership will make a lasting impact across our organization.
