We knew something was wrong with South Jersey’s electric bills. We kept pushing, we asked FERC to audit Atlantic City Electric, and now we know we were right.

South Jersey families were overbilled for electricity. They deserve their money back.

New Jersey’s voter registration problems raise serious questions that deserve serious answers.

The administration wants residents to believe this was just a software issue. But now we’re learning tens of thousands of noncitizens are being removed from jury pools each year after being summoned for service.

That points to a much larger problem: bad records, broken communication between government agencies, and a failure to verify critical information.

New Jerseyans deserve transparency. That’s why I’m fighting for stronger safeguards to protect the integrity of our elections.
