Airmen from the 38 IS traveled to Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases during their annual tour to gain firsthand insight into large force exercises and expand their understanding of evolving intelligence and warfare operations.

Through collaboration with their active-duty partners, the 38 IS enhanced its analytical capabilities while reinforcing the readiness and integration that make the total force stronger.

"Being able to train, practice, fail, succeed and mostly importantly learn from these exercises is so important as we practice to be ready when needed," said SrA Aguillon, 38 IS.

Members of the 42 IS participated in an Airmen Resiliency Team (ART) Retreat in Virginia Beach. 😌

This retreat provided activated Airmen and members serving on long-term orders an opportunity to step away from the mission, reset and strengthen skills needed to combat burnout and regulate stress. It also highlighted the seamless integration with our RegAF partners and Total Force team, ensuring Airmen have the tools they need to sustain mission readiness. 🤝

Readiness and lethality begin with our people.

Members of the 50th Intelligence Squadron strengthened warrior culture through professional development, mentorship, fitness and team-building opportunities like their chili cook-offs and Airmen breakfasts.

By investing in connection and resiliency the 50IS continues to strengthen the bonds that make us an effective and lethal force.
