Six Airmen from the 87th Aerial Port Squadron tested their strengths and knowledge of the core skills of a 2T2 air transportation specialist April 14-16, competing in 12 events and challenges with the ultimate goal of taking home the trophy.

The 445th Airlift Wing recently graduated its first quarter of Foundations Courses – Junior Enlisted 300, Noncommissioned Officer 500 and Senior Noncommissioned Officer 700 in January, February and March respectively. The new professional military education courses are now part of the wing’s Enlisted Force Development Model continuum and are prerequisites for further PME. We were honored to host Air Force ROTC Detachment 390 from the University of Michigan Monday. They learned about the 445th Airlift Wing and Air Force Reserve missions, some history of our unit, and toured a C-17 Globemaster III. Thanks for coming out and learning about the 445th!
