If there’s one thing we’ve noticed while checking out books and chatting with you at the front desk, it’s that our Yelm community is absolutely filled with cat lovers. And honestly, we love that about you! 🐱

Since today is National Cat Day, we wanted to take a minute to talk about the real bosses of our home libraries, our cats. Everyone with a feline friend knows that the second you open a book or laptop, your cat magically appears.
We’re having a debate among your library staff today about our own pets, and we want to know where you stand!

When you sit down to read, what does your cat do?

🐾 The Cozy Companion: Curled up tightly on your lap so you’re officially trapped. 😻
