Did you know that every 3 minutes, a food allergy reaction sends someone to the hospital? Keeping our friends and classmates safe takes just a few simple daily habits:

•Learn: Take time to understand food allergies and how serious reactions can be.
•Wash: Scrub your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after eating.
•Act: Get an adult immediately if a friend feels sick.

Building a great routine doesn't have to be overwhelming. Here are a few simple steps parents and students can take together:

* Night-Before Prep: Lay out outfits and pack backpacks before bed to cut down on morning rush.

* Rest & Routine: Keep a consistent bedtime and morning schedule so students wake up refreshed.

* Spark Curiosity: Talk about the day ahead with excitement and connect what they’re learning to their real-world passions.

* Stay Connected: Keep an open line of communication with teachers and school staff.
