They’re sharing details about the Judo class they’re teaching at Arizona Western College beginning August 18. Sensei Joe has been teaching the class since 1979, and we’re diving into its long history, what students can expect, and the many ways Judo can benefit you both on and off the mat.

The class is being taught in the activity room at Woodard Junior High School on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., from August 18 through December 3.
