Let’s Put Our People First

The water crisis is not a political opportunity — it is a human crisis.

Let’s not use the suffering of our people to score political points, attack individuals, or gain attention. Our communities need solutions, not political noise.

As leaders and citizens, our first responsibility must be to help our people. Let’s work together, share information, assist vulnerable households, and support every genuine effort to restore reliable water services.

There will be a time for political debate and accountability. But right now, our people need action.

KDF will always choose the interests of our communities above political point-scoring.

Serve first. Help first. People first.

A MESSAGE OF CAUTION

The Karoo Democratic Force (KDF) is monitoring developments and taking note of policy decisions and processes.

When KDF enters the room, we will review policies through the proper legal and institutional channels to ensure they serve the public interest and uphold good governance.

We urge all decision-makers to act responsibly and ensure that every decision can withstand public and legal scrutiny.

We are watching. We are taking note. And we will continue to stand for accountability and the interests of the people of the Karoo.
