We’re excited to offer FREE swimming lessons for little swimmers aged 6 months–3 years during Week 2 of the October school holidays! 💦

These sessions are a special opportunity to try our new Infant & Toddler Learn to Swim program ahead of its official launch in Term 4.

A parent or guardian is required to be in the water with your child.

Our LiL children have started five weeks of Splash and Play at the new Southern Beaches Swim Centre in Dodges Ferry!

Children aged 0–4 and their families are welcome to join us on Tuesday mornings from 11:00–11:45 am for some fun in the water. 🌊😊

💦 Aqua Fitness at SBSC

We love being able to offer Aqua Fitness to our community, with both shallow and deep water options available throughout the week.

Aqua Fitness is a fun, low-impact way to get moving, build strength and fitness, and enjoy a full-body workout in the water. Whether you’re giving it a go for the first time or it’s already part of your weekly routine, everyone is welcome to come along and work at their own pace.

Our current Aqua Fitness timetable:

🌊 Deep Water Aqua Fitness
Monday — 6:15pm
Tuesday — 10am
Wednesday — 6:15pm
Thursday — 10am

💦 Shallow Water Aqua Fitness
Tuesday — 11am
Thursday — 11am

45 minutes | $25 per session

Come along, get moving and make the most of having Aqua Fitness available right here at SBSC. 💛
