We've always moved with the times.
Technology has transformed the way we workโ€”from paper records and fax machines to secure digital systems and online services.
But innovation isn't just about keeping up. It's about making sure we're ready to respond when our communities need us most.
Through COVID-19, bushfires, cyclones, and the challenges still to come, we've adapted our services while staying true to what has always mattered: caring for people.

๐ŸŒŸ Your Year to Lead ๐ŸŒŸ
To celebrate National Youth Volunteer Week, weโ€™re shining a light on the incredible contribution young volunteers make in our community.
We sat down with Zariah, one of our youth volunteers from Geraldton Senior High school, to hear her thoughts on encouraging students to get involved, how schools can support young people, and what we can all do to create positive change in Geraldton.

Nagle Catholic College proudly presents the CREATIVES FOR CARE showcase, an evening of music and dance in support of local charities in the Geraldton community.

The evening promises to be an exciting and entertaining display of music and dance performances, with students from Nagle Catholic College, St Johns Primary School and St Lawrences Primary School taking the stage to present a range of acts, including school bands, choirs, group ensembles and solo pieces.

The charitable nature of the show exemplifies the Collegeโ€™s motto โ€œFor Othersโ€, and the staff and students from the schools involved are excited to be a part of this opportunity to showcase the Arts in support of Centacare.

Tickets can be purchased through the Queens Park Theatre website or box office.

Homelessness Week ๐Ÿฉต

Yesterday, Centacare's Housing First Support Services were proud to be part of the Pilot Engagement Hub, delivered in partnership through the Geraldton Zero Project.
The Hub provided an opportunity to connect with community members, listen to their experiences, and hear directly about the supports and services that matter most.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to have a chat and share their feedback.

Your voice matters.

We'd also like to acknowledge all of our Geraldton Zero Project partners who worked together to make the day possible. This collaboration is a great example of what can be achieved when organisations come together with a shared commitment to ending homelessness and creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
