πŸ‰ A Great Day Out at the Paul Kelly Cup! πŸ‰

Our Year 5 and 6 students headed out today to compete in the Paul Kelly Cup! While the results on the scoreboard didn't quite go our way, we couldn't be prouder of the team spirit and determination on display.

Every single player gave it their all, chased hard until the final siren, and represented our school with fantastic sportsmanship. Huge thanks to all the parents and staff who came along to cheer the kids on!

Win or lose, it was a brilliant day of footy and fun. Well done! πŸŒŸπŸ‘

GRIP Leadership Conference 2026 🀝

Today, our Year 6 student leaders attended the GRIP Leadership Conference to explore what it truly means to lead our school community.

The day focused on practical leadership skills, leading with integrity, and developing the resilience needed to overcome challenges.

Our students represented the school brilliantly, participating in interactive sessions and collaborating with peers. We look forward to seeing them put these fresh ideas into action across our classrooms and playground! πŸš€

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Walk Safely to School Day πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

This morning, students at Springdale Heights Public School participated in National Walk Safely to School Day! 🌟

Students enjoyed walking to school while learning about the importance of road safety, healthy habits and staying active. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces arriving safely and ready for the day ahead. πŸ’™πŸ’›

Thank you to our families and community for supporting this important initiative and helping students practise safe walking behaviours.

Today we remembered to:
βœ… Use designated crossings
βœ… Stay alert near roads and driveways
βœ… Walk safely with care and respect
βœ… Be safe and be seen

Every step counts towards a healthier and safer future!
