We were blown away by the 60 community members throughout the morning who helped with the planting at Fivebough Wetlands! Over 350 shrubs and ground layer plants made it into the ground! ๐ŸŒฑ

Join us and Murrumbidgee Landcare Inc as we undertake a community planting day.

Everyone is welcome families, friends, neighbours, and first-time volunteers. No experience needed weโ€™ll show you what to do!

REMINDER: Our Environmental Grant closes on the 1st of May 2026.

Murrumbidgee Field Naturalists are calling for applications for the 2026 Environmental Fund Grants.

Grants of up to $5,000 will be considered to assist with conservation in general, environmental education, increasing biodiversity or enhancing the understanding of the natural environment within the Murrumbidgee Valley.

We have field trips around Griffith, Coleambally, Leeton, Narrandera, and Wagga Wagga and anyone from these regions with a project in mind is welcome to apply.

Our last birdwatching walk for this series ๐Ÿฆ†

๐Ÿ‚ Flowerdale Lagoon - 31st March - 6pm
Meeting in the information bay off Edward St West.

Bring: Binoculars, water bottle, mozzie repellent, sunscreen & hat.

We carry a first aid kit and have some binoculars to use if you donโ€™t have a set.
