🏊‍♀️🌟 Congratulations Annie & Molly! 🌟🏊‍♀️

Everyone at VRASC would like to congratulate Annie and Molly Hooper on their selection in the School Sport SA 12 Years & Under Swimming Team to represent South Australia at the School Sport Australia National Swimming Championships.

The championships will be held at the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC) in Albert Park, Victoria, from 29 November to 3 December 2026, bringing together the best young school-aged swimmers from across Australia.

Selection in a South Australian state team is a fantastic achievement and reflects the hard work, dedication and commitment Annie and Molly have shown both at training and in competition. To have two swimmers from the one family earn the opportunity to represent their state on the national stage is something truly special.

We wish Annie and Molly every success as they prepare for the championships and look forward to cheering them on as they compete against Australia's best young swimmers.

This week, VRASC proudly celebrates and thanks the incredible volunteers who help make our club what it is.

From our coaches, officials, committee members, team managers, canteen helpers, timekeepers, BBQ crews, fundraising supporters and everyone in between — thank you. Your time, energy and dedication create opportunities for our swimmers to learn, compete, grow and enjoy the sport we all love.

Behind every training session, race meet and club event is a team of volunteers giving up their own time to support others. Your contribution does not go unnoticed, and our club simply could not operate without you.
