We are so excited to see the community excited about our Paw Patrol Pool Party on tomorrow! Please see below FAQs:

Please read carefully the following before you arrive:

*The pool has a strict Pool Lifeguard to patron ratio. If numbers exceed this ratio, patron entry will be denied entry until numbers within safe ratios. Safety is number 1 at the Northside Pool! This means you may have to wait out the front until being granted access. Don't worry, Chase and Ryder will meet people at the front if this happens. We have all our available Lifeguards on deck and will do out best! If you are not a Paw Patrol fan, you may want to consider visiting the pool after midday

*Prior bookings for parties permitted entry only! Please do not turn up on the day with your party if you have not previously booked. This is a general rule and not only for the paw patrol party. It is going to be a busy day and parties who have booked prior will only be permitted. Please contact
[email protected] before 3pm Friday for more details.

*No prior entry tickets sold - arrive upon opening to avoid disappointment

*No tables or areas of facility bookings. It's a first in best dressed policy

*Doors open 9am with Chase and Ryder appearing at 10:30am

*Slide users must be 120cm tall and under 120kg. The slides have a Staff to patron ratio - please follow our instructions surrounding this.

*Please make sure you have correct adult supervision with you - see our page. If you do not have this, entry will be denied.

*We have a heap of new staff in training, thank you for being kind and showing patience with our young team. We take our child protection policy very seriously and will not tolerate any kind of abuse towards our staff
