.🦀 WE NEED YOUR CRUSTACEAN Pots! (Yes, seriously) 🦀

We are building an epic winter aquarium display, and we need your help to make it a total catch.

We aren’t looking for actual crays—our current residents might get a bit nervous—but we urgently need 30 + cray pots to bring this display to life!

If you have a pot (or thirty) sitting in your shed gathering dust, we want to borrow them until the end of July.

Because we don't like empty hooks, we are offering some seriously sweet bait in exchange for your loan.

Depending on how many pots you can swing our way, we are ready to wheel and deal with:
Annual Memberships (1 year Unlimited zoo and aquarium entry ).
Exclusive Animal Encounters (Get up close and personal with your favourites)
VIP Passes & More!

We’re excited to launch our HZAA Junior Zookeeper Club — a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience designed especially for young animal lovers!

The Junior Zookeeper Club gives kids the chance to connect with wildlife, learn about conservation, and discover the amazing world of animal care through hands-on activities, exciting experiences, and interactive learning.

💙 Bruce has officially upgraded!

Our much-loved fishy friend is now settling into a brand-new aquarium that’s TWICE the size of his old home — and safe to say… he’s loving every second of it! 🌊

With more room to explore, swim and chat to friends.

We think he may have scored the best apartment in Hobart.
