One of the primary objectives of the foundation is to provide high-quality care and love for vulnerable children and elderly, including those who are disabled. The foundation aims to find permanent and loving homes for these children and elderly whenever possible. Additionally, the foundation is committed to creating stability and hope for underprivileged children, and ensuring that those housed in its orphanage or retirement facilities are well-fed, healthy, clothed, educated, and happy. In addition to its focus on providing care for vulnerable children and elderly, the foundation also seeks to raise awareness among children and communities about health issues related to home hygiene and water source maintenance. Finally, the foundation seeks to expand its resources through sustainable farming, vocational education, and other viable projects that will be identified in the future. This is what we do. Helping children to get what they need.
Hot Sands Oasis The M.W. First Grand Lodge of Belize AF&AM Medinah Country Club

Powerful moment at Medinah Country Club for the Shriners Children’s Chicago 100th Anniversary Golf Outing.

As a proud member of the Shriners brotherhood, supporting this cause means a lot to me. After my interview with James, I had to capture this moment with him and my brother Phil “Smitty” Smith.

James is 9 years old, a Patient Advocate, and arrived at Shriners Children’s Chicago at just 2 weeks old with osteogenesis imperfecta. His strength, confidence, and spirit represent exactly why this mission matters.

This was bigger than golf. It was about community, brotherhood, giving back, and supporting the incredible work being done through Shriners Children’s Chicago during this historic 100th Anniversary celebration.

Special thank you to Gillespie Ford of Gurnee for organizing this event, leading with purpose, and helping raise money for the kids and families served by Shriners Children’s Chicago.

Proud to stand with the mission. Proud to support the cause. Proud to help tell stories that matter through Legends in Session with Horace Grant and Urban Grind TV.
