Catulpa Community Support Services is a community-based, multi service agency helping individuals and families with social-emotional, developmental and community needs. Our services include:

Supports for children and adults who have developmental disabilities, and their families
Wraparound services for families and individuals
Early Intervention services
CAP-C programs to

promote the healthy development of children
Supports for children with physical disabilities and their families
Crisis Response for individuals with dual diagnosis

Join our OAP Foundational Family Services Resource Days, your one-stop event for local information and support! Held once per month for families living in Simcoe County, possible topics include:

• Registering with Access OAP
• Introduction to Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) & Special Services at Home (SSAH) applications
• Community resources & recreation opportunities
• And many more!

This award honours those who have made significant contributions to the community and continue to carry on Gallow's legacy of values and beliefs.
