The annual Canoe Club is underway starting with the Grade 3s! 😎🛶

Excitement filled the school yard today as our K students participated in their very first "Ça Roule" event! Students rode bicycles and scooters, pushed strollers and even pulled a wagon around a track! The event provided a wonderful opportunity for students to use their gross motor skills, to build self confidence and celebrate being active with the support of their family members cheering them on. Way to go! ☀️🚴‍♂️🛴

Last night, we attended the band concerts performed by our grade 4 and 5 students. We congratulate them on their preparation and their performances.
We also want thank Mme Suzanne for her dedication and her excellent work as our music teacher.

Yesterday, we celebrated our Student Leaders with pizza and a challenge to get their desserts. The ice creams sandwiches were locked in a case and they had to solve math problems to open the combination locks to free them, before they melt. At DES, even in a party mode, we always learn 😆🥰🤩

It was a beautiful day to attend the annual Track and Field event yesterday!

Congratulations to DES' grades 4 to 6 students who competed in multiple events!🏅 A huge thank you to Mme Bergeron and Ms Gaby for preparing our students for this athletic tournament, we couldn't have done it without them 👏
