🚫 FINAL NOTICE – NO PARKING
Please be advised that parking is strictly prohibited near the FMSC Gate and the Finger Pier within the FMSC compound.
This is the FINAL NOTICE to all.
Any vehicle parked in these restricted areas after this notice will be towed at the owner's risk and expense without further warning.
These areas must remain clear at all times to ensure safe access for emergency vehicles, operational equipment, and authorized personnel.
We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for helping keep the FMSC compound safe and accessible.

If you have business at the GMFA, Harbour Authority or Boat haul-up please exercise extreme caution as the yard is very icy.

If a power cord is plugged into the outlet at the pedestal — whether by you, your crew, or a hired boat shop — you will be charged for the power.

Once a cord is plugged in, we cannot determine whether it is being used or not, and we cannot unplug it, as it may be in active use.

👉 Please roll up your power cords properly and store them safely when not in use.

Access is available through the front gate near the wharf.
