Attention all food bank users: Please be aware that there are significant changes to the food bank schedule. The first week of June will not follow the usual operating schedule for regular food bank distributions. Instead, we have designated special days to better serve specific community groups. On Wednesday of that week, we will be hosting a Family Day, dedicated to families in need with children under the age of 18. Following that, Thursday will be Senior's Day, intended to support our senior community members 56+. We kindly ask all patrons to review the calendar carefully and plan accordingly. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to meet the diverse needs of our community.

FRIDAY FOOD GIVEAWAY UPDATE

Dear Community Members,

Hope Community Services has made the difficult decision to pause our Friday food giveaways until further notice.
This decision was not made lightly. Our goal has always been to provide support in a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone. Unfortunately, repeated concerns involving smoking near entrances and lineups, failure to follow giveaway guidelines, and disrespectful behavior toward our staff and volunteers have made it necessary for us to reassess how the program is being run.
We understand that many people rely on these giveaways, and we sincerely appreciate the many individuals who continue to show kindness, patience, and respect to others.

We will share updates as they become available.

Hey everyone! We’re gearing up for our Family Day at the food bank and could use your support to make it a success. If you’re able to help, we would greatly appreciate donations of non-perishable food items. Every contribution makes a difference! Here’s a list of some great foods to consider donating:
Healthy Snacks for School and Home
Individually packed snacks are especially appreciated.
Crackers
Fruit cups packed in juice
Raisins and dried fruit

These are often the hardest for families to afford.
