This group will be led by Zahra Khalfan, who brings over a decade of experience in mental health and specializes in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Our goal is simple: help caregivers feel less alone, build real connections, and support their overall well-being.

Getting ready for the new school year can feel like a lot, especially when you’re supporting a child or youth with disabilities. That’s why we’re hosting a free virtual session to help your family feel prepared and supported.

We’ll cover Ontario’s education system, how to advocate for your child’s needs, and where to find school and community supports. Whether your child is just starting school or heading back for a new year, you’ll walk away with practical info and helpful resources.
