Join us for a welcoming space where caregivers can connect with others who truly get it.

You’ll have the chance to share your experiences, pick up practical strategies and resources, talk through common challenges, and support one another along the way.

This group will be led by Zahra Khalfan, who brings over a decade of experience in mental health and specializes in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. Our goal is simple: help caregivers feel less alone, build real connections, and support their overall well-being.
