Celebrate 75 Years of Pine Portage Generating Station!

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is inviting the community to celebrate an incredible milestone — 75 years of the Pine Portage Generating Station!

🎟️ FREE – Pre-registration is required

Guided tours will be offered throughout the day, giving community members a chance to visit the station and celebrate 75 years of generating power in Northwestern Ontario. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Street Art Day! It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying the creativity, giant bubble making, delicious ice cream, and all the fun activities.

From the amazing sidewalk chalk masterpieces to the giant bubbles floating through the air, it was a fantastic day filled with laughter, creativity, and community spirit. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

A special thank you to Parks Canada for joining us and providing the fish painting activity. It was a wonderful addition to the day, and participants had a great time creating their own colorful fish artwork! 🐟
