This Saturday we're hosting something special. 💛
Alberta Dreams is celebrating 40 years of making dreams come true, and they're bringing their alumni families back to the farm for Memories, Music & Maze — presented by Freson Bros.
Maze, attractions, petting zoo, food and a whole lot of good company. And the best part? Everyone's welcome — come join the celebration, meet the Alberta Dreams family, and make a day of it at the farm.

🌧️ We're closed for the remainder of today, Tuesday August 11, due to rain. The fields get slick and muddy fast, so we're calling it for the day in the interest of everyone's safety (and shoes).

🌽✨ The wait is over... our 2026 Edmonton Corn Maze is almost here! ✨🌽

This year, we're excited to celebrate AMA’s 100th anniversary with a one-of-a-kind maze design honouring 100 years of helping Albertans explore.

It’s been a challenging growing season. Record moisture and an early hailstorm left our corn thinner and shorter than we’d hoped. The maze is fully walkable, and while you’ll notice the effects of the weather throughout the field, the farm is ready to welcome you.

Starting August 5, spend the day exploring everything the farm has to offer! Challenge yourself in the corn maze, bounce on our giant jumping pillows, ride the train, play dozens of farmyard games, enjoy a round of mini golf, meet our friendly farm animals, and relax with family and friends. Whether you’re visiting for an afternoon or making a full day of it, there’s something for every age to enjoy.

We’re encouraged by how the crop has recovered and excited to open our gates, welcome you back to the farm, and create another season of unforgettable memories together.

🌽 7 days. One resilient cornfield.
Our corn is recovering well from the July hail — this time-lapse shows just how much can happen in a week! And there's still lots of growing to come before opening day. The damage means some areas won't fill in completely and portions of the maze will be shorter than usual this year, but it's still on and still full of fun. Come enjoy our farm animals, games and activities, and the farm market, with a later season of sunflowers and pumpkins to look forward to too.

An Update on Opening Day

Farming is full of surprises, and this season has given us a few! A cool, wet June slowed the corn's growth, and a recent hailstorm gave the crop a bit of a beating too.

Maze walls need height and thickness to give you the full experience — that sense of really getting lost in the corn — and honestly, we're not yet sure how the corn will bounce back from everything it's been through this year. We're out in the fields daily assessing growth and hail damage, and we'll know more in the coming days.

We know a lot of you have been counting down to your visit, and we don't take that lightly. We'd rather open a little later with a maze that's actually ready than rush it.

We'll share our updated opening date as soon as we have it locked in — thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your support.

Knee high by the fourth of July? A few days late, but we're getting there 😅 That cool, wet June set us back a bit, but this corn is catching up fast. Can't wait to see you all when we open July 23rd! 🌽

🌽🚜 Ever wonder how a corn maze is born?
Before the twists, the turns, and the "wait, we've been here before" moments — we're out in the field with a rototiller, carving paths right into the growing corn. It's one of our favourite parts of the season, watching a design on paper slowly come to life beneath your feet.
Over the coming weeks the corn will keep climbing, the paths will take shape, and before you know it — another Edmonton Corn Maze adventure will be ready for thousands of families to explore.
