Our unique accommodations are vintage Canadian-built cabooses & boxcars, authentic on the outside, redesigned and developed into private deluxe suites on the inside with reflections of their railway past t

hroughout. Our guests can also enjoy local craft beers & meads from our Baggage Room Bar and live music nights on our railway platform. During your visit, our 565 foot & 400-ton train remains a dominating sight to see within the village of Tatamagouche as you experience our property or stroll along the old rail bed (now the Trans Canada Trail) that meanders alongside our not so forgotten railyard.

The Train Station Inn is gearing up for our first music night on the platform! We are thrilled to welcome back Jonny & Jamie, who will be performing on June 19th. We are also excited to introduce our new outdoor kitchen chef, Wayne Tattrie. Wayne brings years of experience and an exciting new menu to the station. We look forward to kicking off the music season with you—we hope to see you there!

Miner’s Memorial Day June 11

Today we remember all the miners.

We also want to recognize the last living miners from the Malagash Salt Mine.

Peter (91 this year) and Charlie (93 this year) Duggan. Both going strong and full of stories about their years as miners.
