We only have a few rental units available at Neghuni Ghunli-un in Fort St. James!

These apartments are 53 square meters (570 sqft) in size, and have individual outdoor deck space for your personal use and enjoyment.

Neghuni Ghunlin-un is a 36-unit independent living apartment complex for adults aged 55+ located at 305 Pineridge Way in Fort St. James.

Each unit contains one bedroom, and three of our units are designed for a person who is a wheelchair user.

With optional metal storage locker for moderate storage needs, a common laundry room for tenants on the second, third, and fourth floors of the complex, as well as heat/air conditioning in all units, we offer many conveniences!
