Learn gentle infant massage techniques with Christina McNicoll, RECE and infant massage instructor from EarlyON by Port Cares.

Infant massage can help with bonding, relaxation, sleep, gas, colic, and constipation, while giving you special one-on-one time with your baby.

The series is for babies 0–9 months old.

Yesterday, the C.A.N.A.L. Cruiser made its first monthly visit to Walker House, bringing library services directly to clients of Hospice Niagara’s day program and residents of Foyer Richelieu.

Visitors had the chance to browse English and French books, explore our Library of Things collection, connect to Wi-Fi, and sign up for their own library card. 💙

This is what the Bookmobile is all about, bringing the library beyond our branches and closer to the people in our community!

Pregnancy and new parenthood can be a lot to navigate. Are you a pregnant mother, birthing parent, or a mother with a baby up to 18 months of age who is feeling sad, angry, anxious or overwhelmed?

This free, 9-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) group is led by public health nurses and offers practical skills and tools to help manage depression and anxiety.

A public health nurse will contact you by phone or text within 2–3 business days to discuss whether the program is a good fit and confirm space is available.
