SKM Nari Karyakarta Samparka Abhiyan Held in 15 Rangang-Yangang Constituency
Rangang-Yangang: The Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) Party’s Nari Karyakarta Samparka Abhiyan, a series of women outreach programme aimed at strengthening the organisational participation and leadership of women cadres, was held today in 15 Rangang-Yangang Constituency.
The programme primarily focused on reaching out to and engaging with the recently appointed Nari Shakti cadres at the CLC, WLC and District Executive Committee levels. The interaction provided an opportunity to discuss their organisational responsibilities, strengthen coordination at different levels and reinforce the party’s vision and principles among its women cadres.
Addressing the gathering, the party leadership emphasised the need for Nari Shakti cadres to develop themselves as effective grassroots leaders, carry forward the core message and vision of the SKM Party and the Hon’ble Party President Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay), and work in accordance with the Constitution and organisational framework of the party.
The cadres were encouraged to remain connected with the people, understand issues at the grassroots level and contribute meaningfully towards building a Sunaulo, Samriddha and Samarth Sikkim.
The meeting was attended by the Hon’ble Deputy Speaker-cum-MLA of 15 Rangang-Yangang, Smt. Raj Kumari Thapa as Chief Guest. She was was accompanied by Political Secretary to HCM, Shri Bikash Basnet; OSD to HCM, Shri Karma Tamling; OSD to HMLA, Smt. Denkila Bhutia; CLC President, Shri Tengayla Namka; Advisor, Food Processing Department, Shri C. L. Gurung; OSD, Agriculture Department, Shri S. B. Rai; State Level President, Nari Wing, Smt. Beena Rai; State Level Nari Wing, Smt. Tara Mani Moktan; General Secretary, Smt. Babita Limboo; Vice President and In-charge, South District, Smt. Rama Tamang; South District Nari Convenor, Smt. Meera Rai; South District Nari Secretary, Smt. Lassong Tamang; South District Nari Wing Coordinator, Miss Reema Gurung; and South District Vice President, Nari Wing, Smt. Pramila Tamang, along with other party functionaries and Nari Shakti cadres.
The Nari Karyakarta Samparka Abhiyan reflects the SKM Party’s continued focus on strengthening women’s participation in organisational affairs and creating a committed and capable cadre base at the grassroots level.
