Behind every conflict are human lives.

On , we remember those whose lives have been lost or forever changed by war and crisis and honour the humanitarian workers who continue to stand beside people in their most difficult moments.

Through his lens, Eddy Van Wessel brings the reality of war closer than any meeting room can. These photographs from our recent exhibition on Ukraine remind us that behind every headline and every statistic is a person, a family, a story.

Young people are not only the future. Their voices matter today. ๐ŸŒ

On , we celebrate the ideas, creativity and determination of young people working towards positive change.

From sustainability and culture to human rights, security, gender equality and LGBTIQ+ equality, young people bring perspectives that deserve a place at the table.

Weโ€™re proud to engage with young people across Cyprus, whether exploring our shared European values, promoting sustainable mobility, supporting emerging talent or connecting with Cypriot students and alumni of Dutch universities.

And thereโ€™s more to come. Stay tuned to our social media accounts for more public activities. We look forward to meet listen and work together...๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡พ

Excited to be at Katydata tonight at the wonderful Windcraft Music Fest to experience the colorful sounds and tunes of ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡พ musicians who have studied at the ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ consevatoria over the last 20 plus years!

One such group is the Michail Amped Quintet whose members first met and studied together in the famed Codarts Conservatory ๐ŸŽ“ in Rotterdam.

This is the 12th edition of this unique music festival celebrating the sounds of wind instruments. We would like to praise the founder ellimichael for her drive and contagious passion! We would also like to express our gratitude to her for bringing the Embassy close to our Alumni!

Last night, our Charge d'Affaires Stephanie de Beer attended a reception hosted by Deputy Minister for European Affairs Marilena Raouna to the Diplomatic Corps stationed on the island on the occasion of the completion of Cyprus' Presidency of the European Council. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ

Since the end of 2025, our Embassy team had the pleasure to work closely together with the Deputy Ministry in coordinating tens of delegation visits from The Hague. ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Along the ride, we developed a close ๐Ÿค with Deputy Minister Raouna and her team, a passionate and dedicated group of professionals.

A special shout out goes to Eleftheria Aristotelous pictured here on the left, for being the anchor of our collaboration. We would like to warmly thank them both for a job well done!!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘
