When: Tuesdays from 13:00 – 15:40
May: 5, 12, 19, 26
June: 2, 9, 16, 30
July: 7, 14, 21, 28
August: 18, 25
September: 1, 8, 15

📍 Grafenwoehr Health Clinic (Tower Barracks, Bldg. 475)
When: Appointments run from 13:00 – 15:40 on the following dates:
June: 16th
July: 21st, 23rd, 28th, 30th
August: 4th, 6th, 11th, 13th, 27th
September: 3rd, 10th, 24th

📝 What You Need to Know:
Who: Open to all School and SKIES-age children (ages 3-18) including TRICARE and Non-TRICARE enrolled DOWEA students.
Paperwork: Please PRE-FILL all relevant CYS and DOWEA screening forms (Allergy/Medical/Respiratory Action Plans, etc.) before your arrival.
Bring with you: 👓 Glasses (if worn).
💉 Vaccination records (e.g., German yellow card) not already in the DoD system.
**Non-TRICARE/Non-Prime Families:** Please stop by Medical Records/Patient Administration prior to your appointment to update your electronic record and insurance info to avoid delays!
