We had a fantastic Junior Art and Craft Club at the weekend making thaumatropes - simple animations made by spinning two images to trick the eye into seeing movement! From a parrot suddenly appearing in a cage, and butterflies fluttering over flowers, Junior Crafters delighted us with the colours, movement and originality of their thaumatropes.
