Exclusively breastfed babies will need extra feeds in this very hot weather just as we do, no need for water just offer the breast more frequently and keep an eye on wet nappies.

NCT Bumps and Babies isn't running but we run regardless so see you then. The room is cool and there is free parking right outside (or short walk through the park from the town centre)

HOT WEATHER! Please share!
Exclusively breastfed babies do not need boiled water in hot weather - just access to extra breastfeeds to stay hydrated. If you are thirsty they probably are too. Keeping an eye on wet nappies will help confirm your baby is staying hydrated.
