πŸ“š We Choose, You Read πŸ“š

Stuck in a reading rut?
Short on time?
We've got you! 🫢

We are introducing a new library service called 'We Choose, You Read'.
You can request up to 6 books, which will then be specifically selected by our lovely staff for you to collect from your chosen library.

You can either:
Tell us what type of books you would like to read, including preferred genres, authors or subjects; or
Ask us to choose a surprise selection for you...

All books will be issued for 5 weeks to give you time to come and collect, read them, and return them.

Please find the request link here πŸ‘‡

🫏 Memories of Revoe 🫏

Join our friends from LeftCoast and Revoelution for lovely sessions remembering Revoe.
Ecaterina and Sam will be running workshops where you can meet neighbours and share memories while making models of the area.
Perhaps you remember the Donkey Men who had their stables at Ibbison "Ibby" Street, maybe you went to Revoe school, or had a favourite shop?
We'd love you to share...

No experience needed, and all sessions are free.

Come and have a chat, make something, and help build a picture of Revoe through the memories of the people who know it best.

🐴 Yee Haw! 🐴

We are Rootin', Tootin', Reading today on Dolly Day (9/25) in honour of Dolly Parton and her love of books.
Lizzie, Lesley, Laura, Sarah and Jools have been two-stepping their way around the stacks whilst book-shelving.
Look at those happy faces!
We think Dolly would be incredibly proud of reaching around the world with her contribution to literacy via Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

What are you reading today? 🫢
