This is our last chance to ask MPs to support vital NHS changes for unpaid carers

The Health Bill reaches Report Stage on Monday, making this the final opportunity for the Bill to be amended in the House of Commons to secure stronger rights and support for millions of unpaid carers.

We're calling on MPs to back measures that would: • Give unpaid carers a right to a break:
• Ensure the NHS identifies and records carers
• Promote carers' health and wellbeing

💙 A little time, a big difference💙
Our Carers Time Off volunteers help unpaid carers in and areas have a break by spending time with the person they care for.
These are some of the things our volunteers do:
👩‍🌾 spend time in the garden
📺 watch TV, or do a crossword
🏃🏻 go for a walk or a run, or to the gym
☕ have a coffee and a chat, at home or out and about

💜 TiSC Weekly Walk – 12 Weeks of Connection, Fresh Air and Exercise💜

We’re inviting anyone who looks after others to join our 12‑week Weekly Walk, starting 5th October at 10am, meeting at Roberts Park.

It’s starting gentle, one‑hour walk each week — building over the 12 weeks - a chance to breathe, move, chat and feel part of a supportive community.

💜 Together In Social Care – Online Carer Peer led Support Group 💜

We’re proud to offer a friendly, safe online space for anyone who looks after others — paid care and support staff, PAs, unpaid carers and family carers.
