What an amazing turn out we had on Saturday. It was a real pleasure to welcome people to find out more about us and Cohousing Exeter as we explore growing our membership. We hope to see a few faces again and are exciting to meet new people along our journey to come 😊

Our Vision:
We are a developing community of supportive neighbours in the second half of our lives, coming together in a beautiful, eco-friendly and accessible environment. We aim to create a diverse mix of residents, enjoying some shared spaces both indoors and out, whilst balancing privacy and independence with responsible interdependent living - and actually having a lot of fun together too!

It's been a busy and exciting few months!

From meeting online every week to monthly design meeting in Exeter and everything in between, we have been progressing as a group and working hard on all things Cohousing Exeter.

Lots has been happening over the last few months and we’re very excited to share an update ! 😊

Despite storm Ingrid, we all met as a group on Saturday near site for a design workshop with our architects alongside .

It was a really exciting session looking at how we configure our common house and we’re excited to explore our vision for the common house over the next few months 🏡

Another site design workshop today in a busy, thriving downtown Exeter. The group explored layout possibilities and - as always - with ideas there comes compromise! But the group has really gelled together and we're finding more and more parallel thinking. We're close to finalising the vision statement and a brand new welcome pack for prospective members: more information soon.
