We’re visiting the Park Mains 2 area on Wednesday 17th June from 2.00pm and you’re invited to join us!
Our Housing & Property Services team will be walking the estate to chat with residents, inspect the area, and listen to your feedback. Whether you're a tenant or homeowner, we want to hear from you! We will be visiting Mains Drive, Mains River, Mains Wood, Park Grove, Park Winding, Parksail, Parksail Drive, High Parksail and Low Parksail

With the sunshine returning and the ‘summer prune’ and grass cutting season in progress, it’s the perfect time to help shape your community.

Have Your Say on Our Local Lettings Initiative (LLI)

We’re consulting on a proposed Local Lettings Initiative to help us make the best use of our homes and respond to changing needs in our community.
This includes:

Supporting older tenants to move into homes that better meet their needs
Making more larger family homes available
Improving how we match people to properties
Strengthening sustainable, connected neighbourhoods

The initiative would be time-limited (12 months) and prioritise existing tenants who would benefit most, while still ensuring a fair and transparent approach.
Your feedback is really important and will help shape our final decision.
