COVER PA VACANCY - 3 Hours - 17th & 19th Feb - Margam
We are looking for a COVER PA to support a lady in her 70’s living in the Margam area. The hours are 11am to 2pm for the 17th & and 19th February.
Tasks include: Support at home with cleaning, laundry and with checking sell by dates on my shopping. Supporting with attending hospital/dentist appointments where necessary.

PA VACANCY - 13 HOURS - ABERDULAIS.
Can you support this lovely gentleman? He is a 19 year old man who has learning difficulties and autism. He loves being active and outdoors, and is looking for a PA to help him to do the things he enjoys in the community. He is non-verbal, but he still loves a joke, having fun, and has a great sense of humour.

💜💙 PA VACANCY - 7.5 HOURS PER WEEK - CAEWERN - £12.60 PER HOUR💙💜

Could you be a PA for this lady, who is in her 60's, and living in the Caewern area of Neath. She has a diagnosis of Dementia which does affect her short term memory. She is looking for a PA to support with accessing the community, going to cafes, and keeping her safe when out in the community.

⭐️ PA's are now entitled to a Personal Assistant Care I.D badge, 24/7 counselling & advice line, 24/7 telephone access to legal support, 24/7 access to telephone debt advice and information & support and MyMindPal app (free). This will be once you are successful / in post as a PA.

🚗 For roles where a car driver is required; mileage is payable at 45p per mile, directly from the person you are supporting.

💷 £12.60 per hour for most positions (there are occasional specialist roles paid at a higher rate - but this is always clearly advertised). Your wages will be paid directly by a payroll provider each month.

🏖 You are entitled to annual leave, the same as you would be with any other role.

📋 You are also entitled to take sick leave, maternity and paternity leave etc. The same as you would be in any other type of employment.

💚 If you have a medical condition that prevents you from working (mental health or physical health) and you need to take sick leave, you can get up to 6 funded sessions with a counsellor or a physiotherapist to enable you to return to the workplace.

🧡 Many of our PA vacancies have a degree of flexibility in terms of days and hours. This means you can still support someone but it can be done around your commitments such as children/school/main jobs. Please check the hours in each PA vacancy.

I am a gentleman in my 70s living in the Pontardawe area with my wife and just a short distance are my family who are very important to me. I am a Welsh speaker and would like to be able to converse with someone in Welsh. I enjoy reminiscing on times gone by as my short term memory isn't the best. You will often find me singing in Welsh and conversing in Welsh. My interests are sports and I enjoy watching rugby, football and cricket and talking about my time playing rugby.

I am looking for a PA to support and accompany me for short walks in my local community, or further afield for a cup of a tea and a walk at Aberavon. If the weather is poor I would like my PA to stay in my home with me and chat to me about times gone by, and my interests, watching classical TV together and even looking through my old photos.
