Here is another episode of our sporadic series of 'Did you know this about Salisbury Library?'

Did you know you can borrow a blood pressure monitor for free at Salisbury Library?

Has your GP mentioned monitoring your blood pressure and you didn't want to buy a monitor just for a week? Well, the answer is at Salisbury Library.

The blood pressure monitor comes in an easy to transport bag with all the kit needed and very easy to follow instructions.

High blood pressure affects one in four adults so using a blood pressure monitor can help track your heart health and possibly indicate health issues and help you raise concerns with a health care professional.

If you aren't already a library member, join online,or in person at Salisbury Library.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
