City Day at Brook Meadows House 🌼

On City Day, our staff took time out of their day to spend time volunteering at Brook Meadows House.

The day was filled with wonderful activities, including opening the café for residents & their families, gardening and decorating the home ready for Easter. It was fantastic to see the home buzzing with visitors as families joined us for coffee, cake & lovely conversations.

A highlight of the day was seeing our Managing Director, Peter, in action. Not only did he impress us with his gardening skills, but he also stepped behind the counter to learn how to be a barista!

A big thank you to everyone who took part. Days like this bring such a warm community spirit to Brook Meadows House and it was a truly enjoyable day.

Happy Employee Appreciation Day! 🎉

Today we had the pleasure of visiting staff across all of our services to personally say thank you for everything they do. We wanted to recognise not only their contribution to the company, but more importantly the care, compassion and support they provide to our customers every single day.

As a small token of our appreciation, each member of staff received a water bottle, or coffee cup, a pen and a thank you card, along with a voucher for coffee and cake from our in-house café ☕🍰

Our staff are incredibly valued, and we recognise how important it is to have such caring, dedicated and loyal people supporting our services. Taking the time to say thank you and give recognition, even with a small gift, is one of the ways we wish to show how much their hard work means to us.

To all of our amazing staff: thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you! 💙

Customer Services Manager

We are now looking for an experienced and personable Customer Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team and housekeeping and maintenance support services.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring a professional, efficient and welcoming service within Brook Meadows House.

You will supervise and manage the front-of-house team while also acting as the primary contact for prospective private residential and homecare customers. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting occupancy growth, and maintaining high service standards across both the care home through line management of the housekeeping and maintenance team.

You will also line manage the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of high quality, nutritious meals to all residents, and other users of the catering service, whilst minimising waste.

Reception and Customer Services Officer

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Reception & Customer Service Officer to join our team and play a vital role in the smooth running of our front-of-house and administrative services.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, relatives, health professionals and visitors, ensuring everyone receives a professional and welcoming experience.
Alongside reception duties, you will provide efficient administrative support, support with payroll documentation and assist the management team with private care enquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Data Protection and organisational policies.
